I am passionate about food, from field to table. I have a desire to support mothers and families. I experienced first hand the immeasurable benefit of being supported by a doula during the birth of my second beautiful daughter Phoebe (a VBAC!). I have also trained as a pre- and post-birth doula. I know that with support all things are possible.If we lean into the support of another, we are able to discover our own strength. I have been blessed by sisterhood in my community and believe that it takes a village to raise a child.
We know we must feed the soil of mother earth, and mothers are the soil for their babies. They are the benefactors. I offer my Foodoula services to honour the sacred work of mothering so that mama, in this early part of her journey, eats first.
